Sherri came to the saving grace of Jesus through her beloved grandmother when she was 7. Although she grew up in a loving Christian home, she fell away when she was in high school. When she was 19, out of sheer obedience to her mother, she started going to a very spirit filled church in Southern California. She was baptized and has been walking with Him since then.

Sherri was raised in Southern California and in December of 1990 moved to Tucson. She has two beautiful daughters - Chelsea (19) and Sarah (17). They have been attending El Camino for 14 1/2 years. Chelsea is entering her 2nd year of college in fashion design in Los Angeles and Sarah is finishing high school with aspirations of going into hair design.

Sherri has been actively involved in AWANA since they started at El Camino and also was known as the town gossip for many years in Bethlehem Marketplace. Now it's her extreme honor to serve as deaconess.
